Our Process.

Before joining our bid lists, all trade partners participate in Erland’s prequalification process. This helps us evaluate experience, financial stability, safety performance, and workforce capacity to ensure we’re the right fit for one another.

Firms provide details about their company background, financials, and safety records through BuildingConnected, our bid management platform.

Review & Verification

Our team carefully reviews each submission to assess qualifications and confirm alignment with Erland’s safety, quality, and performance standards.

Once approved, trade partners are added to our network and invited to participate in bid opportunities managed through BuildingConnected.

We are proud participants in the AGC MA CARE Construction Safety Program, a comprehensive safety orientation and database platform that promotes consistent training and best practices across Massachusetts job sites.
