Erland Construction has once again partnered with long-time client Nordblom to bring a new multifamily residential community, Vantage, to life in Dedham. Working in collaboration with Stantec, Erland will construct a 218,000-square-foot, four-story wood- and steel-frame building that will introduce 155 apartment homes to this rapidly growing neighborhood. Designed with comfort and sustainability in mind, the new development will feature modern amenities including a fitness center, resident lounge, and structured parking for 119 vehicles. The scope also includes the demolition of an existing building and site improvements to Stergis Way. Vantage will be built to align with Dedham’s energy code standards, underscoring the team’s commitment to energy efficiency and long-term environmental performance. Scheduled for completion in 22 months, this project will add much-needed housing while supporting the Town of Dedham’s vision for smart, sustainable growth. Vantage marks Erland’s fourth multifamily collaboration with Nordblom, continuing a strong and trusted partnership focused on delivering high-quality, community-oriented developments across the region.
