Along with owner NW 40 Middlesex Trust c/o Nordblom Company, Erland constructed a new 180-unit multifamily apartment building at 32 Second Avenue in Burlington, Massachusetts. Designed as three wings of a single 4-story wood-framed structure, one of the development’s courtyards features a swimming pool for tenants. Located right next door to the newly developed 3rd Ave complex, the residents of this community have multiple entertainment and dining options at their doorstep. The project began with demolition of an existing office building. The Tremont has a detached precast parking deck with space of 245 cars. 189 surface parking spaces are also available.
