Roseland Residential — A Mack-Cali Company teamed with Lessard Design and Erland to create three 5-story high-end apartment buildings and a 4-level precast parking garage within their growing development in Malden, MA. The Emery is the sister complex of the Chase and Chase II and the fourth Erland project at Overlook Ridge. The new multi-family buildings feature studio, 1-, and 2- bedroom open-concept luxury apartments with stainless steel appliances, resilient flooring, and quartz countertops. The carefully crafted complex houses an elite enclave of sophisticated comforts and active pleasures. The Emery adds another tier of luxury to this bustling community with amenities ranging from a state-of-the-art yoga and spin studio to a virtual simulator and gaming lounge. Overlook Ridge remained occupied throughout construction. Special plans and a sequenced schedule were implemented to accommodate a phased turnover and tenant traffic in and out of the community during peak times. Erland took great care mitigating any noise and disruption to tenant activities for the duration of the project.
