Pike School – an independent coeducational day school for students in pre-kindergarten through grade nine – selected Erland Construction as Construction Manager for their new Dahod Center for Community and Creative Learning – to capitalize on Erland’s experience working on active academic campuses and extensive portfolio of arts center projects. The Pike School project, designed by Boston-based CBT Architects, included renovations to classroom space and the existing arts center and the addition of a new 280-seat theater with high-end finishes, like book matched interior wood. The new building also serves as a connector to two existing buildings on campus. The theater, with its curved glass exterior, provides a grand focal point for this small campus.
