The most recent phase at Overlook Ridge, Erland’s third project for Roseland Property Company, involved construction of two 4-story, wood-frame buildings. Building 2B has 173 units in 194,310sf. The slightly smaller Building 3D features 119 units in 123,387sf. Three stick-frame parking garages have also been built onsite. The first phase of The Chase included 371 rental units in four 4-story, wood-frame buildings totaling 403,980sf in an amenity-rich complex. Erland’s work in this Malden neighborhood began with construction of Quarrystone, — a single 360,000sf, 6-story, steel-framed building with 248 rental units. A 2-story parking structure, outdoor pool, and cabana were also part of this project.
