Chase at Overlook Ridge is an apartment complex in Malden, Massachusetts, developed by Roseland Property Company. This is the second project for Erland on this same site – a redevelopment of the former Rowe Quarry. The first was Quarrystone, a 6-story development completed in 2007. Chase at Overlook Ridge features 371 units in four, 4-story wood-framed buildings with a mix of studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom units with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and balconies. Among additional amenities are a fitness center, club room, screen room, kids’ room, and yoga room. The site also includes 742 surface parking spaces.
