In just 15 months, Erland completed construction of a new 4-story boutique hotel for hotel management company, LodgeWorks Partners. The Archer opened on February 13th, expanding the offerings of the 3rd Ave development in Burlington. This ground-up construction marks the first suburban property for the brand joining sister hotels in Austin, Manhattan, and Napa. The project began with demolition of an existing office building on the corner of 3rd Ave and Middlesex Turnpike. Significant measures were taken to maintain safety and limit disruption to the neighboring businesses throughout construction. Due to the limited laydown area and parameters of the site, all deliveries were required to follow a strict project schedule. Archer Burlington features 147 guest rooms with a swimming pool, fitness center, library, bar, bistro, and 110 parking spaces. The full-service hotel also boasts over 7,000sf of indoor meeting and event space, including a 2,300sf divisible Great Room, Hospitality Lounge (975sf) and Boardroom (445sf), as well as 2,200sf of outdoor patio space.
