Erland provided preconstruction services during the early stages of this design/build project for Sunovion, a research based pharmaceutical company. We assisted the Owner with developer negotiations and overseeing the work of the architect and engineering consultants. Erland also provided construction management services for the new 200,000sf world headquarters and research campus. Extensive site development was required, as was close collaboration with the local Conservation Commission to protect the surrounding wetlands. The project included several different types of research suites; NMR laboratories; work areas for support groups, corporate executives, marketing and administration functions; and a full-service cafeteria.
