Erland constructed this mixed-use high-rise rental housing development on a complex, tight site in downtown Stamford. We began by demolishing an existing building. Steel had to be erected over the top of an adjacent, functioning restaurant. Summer House has five levels of above ground parking (76,000sf) with a 16-story residential tower above it. It incorporates 2,700sf of restaurant/retail space and features an amenities area on the fifth floor. At 265ft, this is the tallest rental housing building in Stamford. A roofdeck offers tenants, outdoor space for relaxing or grilling, and outstanding views in all directions. The fifth floor amenities space includes a swimming pool.
