Rockland Trust (One Technology Place)

Erland Construction has been selected by Rockland Trust, in partnership with A.W. Perry and STV, to lead the 140,000-square-foot transformation of the company’s future headquarters at One Technology Place—a commercial office building located on a 22-acre campus that spans the towns of Rockland and Hingham. The project involves the complete build-out of previously unoccupied space that was fully demised during the base building’s gut renovation. Erland’s scope includes significant mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, along with the installation of new finishes and the creation of a modern workplace environment designed and constructed to support both private and collaborative workspaces. Once complete, the headquarters will provide Rockland Trust with a high-quality, efficient, and flexible workplace tailored to support the bank’s daily operations and long-term growth. Rockland Trust will occupy Floors 1, 2, and 3 on the Hingham side of the building, as well as the first floor on the Rockland side, creating a cohesive headquarters environment across multiple areas of the facility. This project marks Erland’s first collaboration with Rockland Trust.
