Erland has constructed a state-of-the-art squash center comprised of five squash courts as an addition to The Fessenden School’s existing athletic facility. The new addition features an exterior rain screen facade composed of two different wall systems. Curtain wall systems were constructed at each end of the new building. The addition is comprised of five Anderson squash courts with a viewing area. This project posed logistically challenging entry points and required close coordination with City Engineering and building offices to gain required access while maintaining a safe through-way for students. The campus remained occupied throughout construction. Erland took great care mitigating disruption to school activities for the duration of the project.
