Nordblom once again partnered with Erland—alongside Maugel DeStefano Architects—for the second phase of tenant improvements for Myomo. This phase converted the building’s existing fitness center into modern office space. The renovation required selective interior demolition and was carried out while the building remained fully occupied. Upon completion, the area featured a combination of private offices, huddle rooms, and shared collaborative spaces. Upgrades included new epoxy flooring, ceiling tiles, carpeting, and enhancements to the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
