Erland, in partnership with Olson Lewis + Architects, was selected by Tenacre Country Day School to remain on campus and renovate 3,100 square feet of their existing admissions space within an active academic building. This transformative project converted the area into a state-of-the-art educational center and faculty support space, incorporating a collaborative learning hub, breakout rooms, a resource library, and a kitchenette to enhance functionality and support diverse learning experiences. Throughout the renovation, Erland carefully coordinated construction activities to ensure minimal disruption to Tenacre’s daily operations.
