Chestnut Hill Realty selected Erland, in collaboration with The Architectural Team, Inc., to construct a new 4-story podium-style apartment building over underground parking in Brookline. The new 55,730sf residence houses 36 1- and 2-bedroom units. The Josiah Bartlett Building also has a below-grade garage parking for 36 cars.The residence’s brick exterior complements the existing homes within the Hancock Village community. Units feature high-end finishes. The scope of work also included the construction of a recycling/compactor center. This was Erland’s third contract executed with Chestnut Hill Realty.
