To make room for the new 13,850sf Library and Science Center at The Fenn School, Erland demolished the existing Robb Hall and built the new 2-story structure in the same footprint. The library occupies the entire first floor; the second floor features four science laboratories and support spaces. The new structure has been tied into Thompson Hall and the School House – acting as a connector for the two existing buildings. The adjacent buildings remained occupied and operational throughout construction. Erland also performed life safety upgrades to the School House building and exterior site improvements as part of this project.
