The Park School selected Erland, in collaboration with Utile, Inc., to renovate key areas of the Main and West Buildings, reconfiguring 10,000 square feet of existing space to enhance the school’s learning environment, specifically its music, technology, athletic, and student services programs. Erland transformed underutilized areas to strengthen connectivity between academic programs and support services, integrated new technology, including a podcast studio and robotics lab to enrich learning, improved acoustics for music education, and created modern, private spaces for student-athletes. The renovation also included upgrades to the MEP systems to improve efficiency and performance, along with new flooring, millwork, windows, and fresh paint to create a vibrant and engaging educational setting, in addition to refreshing an existing restroom and the West Building lobby area. This project marked Erland’s first collaboration with The Park School.
