To support the needs of their growing number of employees, EMD Serono selected Erland to construct a new 390 space, 3-story plus grade parking garage on their evolving Billerica campus. This was Erland’s second time partnering with EMD Serono. The project increased EMD Serono’s existing parking by net 290 spaces. The parking structure includes a 3-level stairwell and elevator. The Billerica campus remained occupied for the duration of the project. Erland developed a precise site-specific safety plan to mitigate any noise and disruption to employees and visitors and partnered with EMD Serono’s facilities team to minimize disruption to the company’s ongoing operations.
