Following the completion of the John and Diane Kim Autism Center at the New England Center for Children, Erland’s team began work on interior renovations to the student and office areas within the main building. The renovations included an art room, music room, library, leisure room, vocational space, medical office, and administrative offices on two floors. Due to the highly sensitive nature of the school population, Erland’s project team took great care mitigating any disruption to daily activity within the occupied building. Temporary walls were constructed and a phased approach to the schedule was executed.
