Erland constructed this new medical office building on a site along busy Route 2 in Concord for the developer Normandy Real Estate Partners. This required extensive development of a 6-acre site that included removal of an abandoned septic system and installation of a new one. The site was shared by another busy, occupied office building and construction management plans had to provide for safe access by these tenants. Erland maintained open communication with the landlord of this building throughout construction. Harvard Vanguard’s Concord Hillside Medical Associates selected Erland to buildout the interior. It features patient waiting rooms, examination rooms, a laboratory area, a pharmacy, an ultrasound room, x-ray facilities, an optical shop, and a call center. An exterior MRI pad allows shared equipment to be used at this location.
