In an effort to revitalize the area, Erland constructed a multi-building rental housing complex with core & shell retail space in the downtown section of Worcester. Building 1 is a 235-unit wood-frame, half podium structure that transitions from five to six stories. This residence includes amenities such as an exterior pool and outdoor entertaining areas. Building 2 is a 5-story building featuring 131 apartment units. A 409-car precast parking garage serves as a connector between the two buildings.
