This project consisted of interior tenant improvements to an office building on an occupied campus for CA Technologies. Coordination of MEP system shutdowns and startups were required for the addition of kitchenettes and updated toilet rooms. At 45 Network Drive, the exterior improvements were just as important as the interior upgrades. Erland collaborated with Nordblom to add value to their property by transforming 45 Network Drive’s “curb appeal” with this entry/facade renovation and site improvements. Shared common areas were also renovated all while maintaining a safe means of access for current tenants. Being on an occupied campus, Erland followed a precise logistics plan to best utilize the minimal laydown area and work to mitigate any noise and disruption to the tenants occupying the space and the neighboring office buildings. This project was completed in just 3 months.
