Boston Scientific, a life sciences company dedicated to transforming lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients around the world, teamed with Erland and Margulies Perruzzi Architects to renovate a combined 115,000sf of their existing headquarters in Marlborough, MA. The occupied renovation was performed in phases to accommodate the company’s ongoing operations. Phase 1 renovations included adding a ‘Grab N’ Go’ café to the main lobby, a new endoscopy lab, Mother’s Room, Town Square, and new coffee station. Phase 2, 3, and 4 renovations included creating open office areas, private offices, and conference rooms as well as a Town Square. The amenity-focused space provides a working environment that promotes culture, increases productivity, supports a better work-life balance, improves collaboration and drives innovation for Boston Scientific employees.
