Working for the developer Northbridge Companies, Erland constructed this Memory Care Community in the quaint seaside town of Newburyport. Site development for this project, constructed in a residential neighborhood across from the local hospital, required a large retaining wall. The 70-unit complex features private and semi-private apartments configured in “neighborhoods”, a therapeutic activity and recreation center, and beautifully landscaped grounds with three courtyards for residents to enjoy the outdoors.
