Erland, in collaboration with Scalora Consulting Group and Olson Lewis + Architects, was selected by Tenacre Country Day School to relocate and transform the school’s historic two-story headmaster’s residence known as Appledore. The building was moved to the front of the site and underwent an extensive renovation to become the hub for admissions and development offices. Appledore, with its rich history dating back to 1880 and spanning 4,120 square feet, was revitalized into a modern and functional space that honors its heritage while meeting the needs of the school.
