This tenant relocation moved Acacia Communications, who originally occupied the first floor of Building 3 at Mill & Main, to the third, fourth and fifth floors. Mill & Main is a large mill development in Maynard that is undergoing a massive renovation and repositioning. The third floor contains private offices and cube space as well as conference rooms and board rooms. Also featured on this floor are an expanded bathroom with showers, new kitchen space, and a new interior stair case to the fourth floor. Erland’s scope of work included removing and adding new roof top units to support Acacia’s lab space on the fifth floor. The fifth floor contains the main lab and chamber room and features a large lunch room, game room, and storage space.
