Working for long-time client, Nordblom Company, Erland served as the Construction Manager for the redevelopment of 35 acres at Northwest Park in Burlington, Massachusetts. This exciting project has transformed the former suburban office park into a large and diverse mixed use community featuring retail, restaurants, entertainment, and commercial uses, as well as a Wegman’s supermarket. Our work included demolition of several buildings, core & shell construction of seven new buildings totaling 129,000sf, and complete construction and build-out of a new Cambridge Savings Bank. Exterior hardscape and landscaping was also part of our scope. As part of the redevelopment, Erland also constructed two luxury apartment complexes on 2nd Ave, The Huntington and The Tremont, and new boutique hotel, The Archer.
