Erland revitalized this 2-story office building for the landlord, Nordblom Company. The gut/rehab began with hazardous materials abatement. The updated building received a new envelope and 2-story entrance lobby that increase natural light. A new HVAC system and improvements to the fire protection and electrical systems helped to attract Keurig to the building as its tenant.
