The Andover Companies Guard House and Dining Renovations scope included the construction of a new 16x16ft guard house constructed following the same program of the new Wellness Center and existing building. It utilized the same granite and brick masonry veneers, elegant exterior architectural trim, and slate roofing to match the rest of the campus. The dining renovations included a phased construction schedule to limit the impact to the users of the building. Selective demolition followed by a complete renovation of the existing kitchen, servery, and dining room were all part of the scope. The project intent was to bring the back of house components up the servery line for a cook-to-order type of program versus batch cooking and the buffet style servery they previously had. Furnishing and installation of all new kitchen equipment was a major part of this project.
