Erland helped to reposition this occupied office building, enhancing the curb appeal. We performed exterior improvements – including removing the existing entry and replacing it with a curtain wall and metal panel system. The result is a lobby filled with natural light — a bonus for both existing and new tenants. Building improvements helped the owner, Griffith Properties, attract Comcast as a major new tenant.
