Erland performed extensive renovation and re-branding of the public spaces of a 3-story contemporary office building that sits in the heart of this 100-acre campus. While the building was occupied, Erland renovated the lobby spaces with new terrazzo floors, millwork and unique wall and reception desk elements. The dining areas, kitchen and lounge areas were modernized and Erland built a new fitness center and locker rooms to service the entire campus. Finally, the park received new landscaped pathways, crosswalks and signage to connect the Minuteman Park buildings allowing easier access to the Park amenities.
