Selected by Chestnut Hill Realty, Erland in collaboration with The Architectural Team, Inc. constructed a new 25,000sf community center and 1,800sf pool house for the Hancock Village residential development in Brookline, MA. The 3-story building houses game, multi-purpose, and function rooms, an internet lounge, a fitness center, café, pool, and restrooms. The Hancock Village Community Center is open to Hancock Village residents and Greater Boston at large. Erland also completed the Residences of South Brookline Townhomes and John Adams Building, Josiah Bartlett Building, and Puddingstone Site Enabling projects within Hancock Village for Chestnut Hill Realty. The efforts put forth by those teams have directly contributed to the success of acquiring the Hancock Village Community Center project. This was Erland’s fifth contract executed with Chestnut Hill Realty to date.
