Erland, in collaboration with Interior Architects, was selected by ISO New England to renovate its Windsor, Connecticut office. The project modernized two kitchenettes within the building, amenity areas, and a campus guard shack, incorporating updated finishes, millwork, and lighting. Erland worked closely with ISO New England to ensure uninterrupted building operations, prioritizing safety and maintaining kitchen services during peak hours. Updates to the guard shack improved connectivity and elevated comfort for its users. This renovation marked Erland’s first collaboration with ISO New England and was successfully completed within just three months.
