Erland has been selected by A.W. Perry, in partnership with STV, to lead the transformation of One Technology Place—a commercial office building situated on a 22-acre campus that spans the towns of Rockland and Hingham. This exciting redevelopment project includes a comprehensive base building renovation with upgraded building systems, enhanced entryways, common areas, and amenity spaces, as well as the strategic demising of unoccupied space to accommodate future tenants and drive leasing opportunities. This marks Erland’s first project with A.W. Perry.
