Full-time Safety Officer
Clarence Reid is Erland Construction's full-time safety officer. Prior to his role with Erland, Clarence served as a safety consultant for several years with Safety Solutions.

As part of his responsibilities at Erland, Clarence travels to different job sites and performs safety audits to ensure the overall quality and safety of the work environment. He also makes recommendations for continual improvement of the overall safety plan, not only for Erland employees, but also for all subcontractors and occupants on any Erland construction project. He works closely with each Superintendent on site-specific preplanning programs that focus on eliminating the hazards particular to each individual project.
