As an open shop construction company, Erland’s business is generated almost exclusively in the private sector and encompasses new construction, renovation, restoration, and tenant fit-up. Our major markets include Academic, Commercial, Technology, Healthcare, Multifamily and Senior Living. We maintain our nimble ability to convene project teams that meet the best interests of our clients and their projects by encouraging fluid interaction of personnel.
