Erland is an environmentally responsible contractor committed to constructing quality buildings that will withstand the test of time. Whenever possible, we strive to build “green” facilities that incorporate systems that are highly energy efficient, minimize waste, and reduce natural resource consumption. As far back as the 1970s, Erland was a pioneer in researching and implementing the use of alternative energy resources.

Green Technology Committee
Through the years, Erland has developed expertise in investigating and incorporating state of the art sustainable design and systems. Erland's Green Technology Committee keeps the organization informed of changes in the LEED program and advances in materials and methods.
